Christopher Fox, Ph.D., Director, Formulations will present a survey of IDRI’s work in developing and manufacturing vaccine adjuvant formulation platforms including aqueous suspensions, liposomes, oil-in-water emulsions, and aluminum nanoparticles for global health applications.  After an introduction to vaccine adjuvants, the presentation will describe the formulation and manufacturing aspects of adjuvants, including scale-up considerations, and the resulting effects on vaccine potency.  The webinar will conclude by providing a future outlook on vaccine adjuvant formulations.
